| Christmas and New Years Eve Booking Terms |

The Christmas Fayre menu is available Monday to Sunday from 1st December to 24th December. The full À la Carte Menu will also be available alongside the Christmas Fayre for these dates.
Sundays during December will be open for normal a la carte menu.
Also, we are open Boxing Day for a special lunch and a la carte dinner.
December is a very hectic time of the year for all Caterers. A lot of administrative work goes on behind the scenes, and the following are respectfully requested to make the running of your party smooth & enjoyable.

Terms of Booking Christmas Fayre menu and New Year's Eve
Confirmation: We require a £10.00 (non-refundable) deposit per head, on the Christmas Fayre Menu and £25.00 (non-refundable) deposit per head, on the New Year’s Eve Menu.
For December bookings made after 31st October, we require your deposit within 7 days of your reservation.
If deposits have not been received on time, the bookings are automatically cancelled.
Full Payment: From our previous experience, we advise you to settle the full amount of your party food bill in advance, so you can concentrate on enjoying your party on the night, orders for wine & drinks can be made and paid on the actual day.
Only one bill per party will be issued. We are not able to take cash for individual drinks at the bar – they will be itemised on the one final bill.
Company Cheques: We only accept Company Cheques from Companies who have Account Facilities with us. If you wish to pay by Company Cheque and do not have an Account with us, then we require the Company Cheque 14 days prior to the event. Any other charges incurred on the night – must be settled on the night. Payment can be made by cash or credit card. (Switch, Visa, Mastercard & American Express are accepted).
Menu & Numbers: Menu choices on the Christmas Fayre must be received no later than 14 days prior to the Party (unless your party is for 4 or less people).
The final chargeable numbers will be the numbers received with your pre-orders 14 days prior to the party.
For parties over 8 people, it is advised that the organiser keeps a copy of the food order with people’s names and what food they have ordered.
New Year’s Eve Dinner
Guests can choose from the menu on the night.
Opening Times:
Lunch 12 p.m. – 2 p.m (last orders)
Dinner 6 p.m. – 10.00 p.m (last orders)
Come as early as you like and depart at your leisure.

Christmas Day – Closed all day
Boxing Day – Open for special lunch and a la carte dinner.
27th December re-open as normal.
New Year’s Eve Dinner and Disco
It is advisable to book early as space will be very limited. A special New Year’s Eve Menu will be available on request. Price £65.95 per head. You can see the New Year in at Portofino, enjoy the disco with your own choice of bubbly and depart at your leisure.
